How We Roast
Founded during the heart of the pandemic in 2020, our Roastery is located in Sahakaranagar, Bangalore. We roast on a Probat Roaster, lovingly named Kanmani, which means “beautiful eyes.”
Our roasting philosophy is simple: gentle, intentional roasting that brings out the coffee’s natural complexity, rather than masking it with excessive heat. Our roasting team works their magic multiple times a week, ensuring consistency and care with every batch.
Since good things take time, we allow our coffees to rest and release volatiles before dispatch, allowing the flavours to fully develop. This resting period is key to flavour development. While we’re happy to send coffee straight from the drum upon request, we do recommend letting it rest for optimal taste!



Visiting & Events
We aim to make our Roastery a space for diverse, inclusive events focused on sustainability and collective action. Our Events Calendar is shared on Instagram and via our newsletter. If you have an idea for an event, feel free to drop us an email — we’d love to hear from you!
The Roastery also serves as a space to purchase all our products. If you'd like to see our merchandise in person before buying online, you're welcome to drop by during open hours.
For a more immersive tour of the Roastery, please call or email us beforehand. As a working space, the team is often busy, so we may not be able to offer extended tours on the spot.
