Let’s start by saying that this email is not AI-generated but written by two actual Black Baza humans sitting at their desks, drinking our Kaati coffee! In other words, our feelings matter 🙂

As you might know from our previous newsletters and field notes, Black Baza has completed ten years. It feels like the right time to celebrate, but also pause and reassess where we might go from here. Our dream is for this community to flourish for the next ten – partner producers, team members and yourselves – and for this to happen, we need your unfiltered point of view.
